The Norfolk Lion’s Club is offering four $1500 scholarships for graduating seniors who are residents of Norfolk, regardless of which high school they currently attend or if they are home schooled.
The scholarships will be awarded to candidates who have been actively involved in community service activities. Applicants will be scored based on a combination of criteria which includes: Community Service, Academic Performance and Extracurricular Activity.
Applications will be available by March 1, 2021. The application deadline is March 29, 2021. The applications can be obtained at the King Philip Guidance Department, by emailing the Lions Scholarship Selection Committee at norfolklionssc@gmail.com or by downloading the application form from the Lions website at www.norfolkmalions.org.
Completed applications and supporting documents should be emailed to the Lions Scholarship Selection Committee at norfolklionssc@gmail.com. The application deadline is March 29, 2021.
