TICKET POLICY
1 ticket is good for one train ride.
Tickets are $10.00 each and non refundable. Your ticket cost is a donation and will be distributed to Norfolk charities by the Lions. There is no rain date and no refunds for any reason. We will do our best to keep the train running!
Tickets are being sold in 30 minutes blocks to help with crowd management. Buying a ticket for a time slot DOES NOT guarantee that your ride will take place during that time. Please be flexible and understand that mechanical and other unforeseen issues can occur.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for another time block after purchase.
HTR SEPAC TICKET | 5PM-5:15PM
Ticket entitles the bearer to one train ride. In an effort to ensure that children with sensory issues and special needs have an opportunity to enjoy the Haunted Train Ride, Norfolk SEPAC has arranged priority ticket sales for families of children with special needs. The priority tickets will only be available from 5:00 - 5:15 p.m.
