Holiday on the Hill | A Tree Decorating Contest 2025
All Norfolk businesses, organizations, neighborhoods and families are encouraged to compete! Pick a theme, decorate your tree and kick off the holiday season! Your decorated tree will line the walkway behind the library on Town Hill for all to see!

Contest Entry
Entry into the contest includes a 6' Balsam Tree. Lions will setup the tree and provide electricity. Remember to tightly secure your decorations so they hang on for the entire 5 weeks of display.
