SATURDAY JUNE 15, 2024

Community Day is a low-cost celebration of the things that make our Town great. We ask that your booth represent these values while focusing on making the day memorable for all attendees. Please consider contributing to the day to avoid the booth charge. We expect all booths to be in good taste and not to detract from the day with any controversial activities or messaging. We ask you to provide details on your booth so we can review in advance. We reserve the right to deny entry to the event for any booths participants and/or event attendees. Once your booth is reviewed and approved you will receive a note back from the Lions.

Please note that we will allow the selling of food items this year, however, any vendor wanting to sell or give away a food or drink product must be preapproved by the Lions. The only exception to this rule is general booth vendors that are giving away candy in their booth (this does not include cookies, cupcakes, brownies, water, food samples, and the like).  The cost per booth for food vendors has not been set yet and will be higher than a general booth. Each booth space is approximately 10 ft by 10 ft. We typically allow one booth per organization but do make exceptions. If you need more space, please make this request when submitting your application.

If you are a non-profit (501c3 status), or you are contributing to the day with an activity or a give-away to folks attending your booth, there is no cost for your booth. If you are a for-profit company or do not plan on any activities/giveaways, there is a $35 charge for your booth that must be paid in advance through our main website. Please note that we allow a wide variety of vendors, and many will be offering similar goods or services. We will do our best to assign booth locations to limit like-vendors from being in close proximity but cannot guarantee booth locations. If issues arise, we can help relocate your booth the day of event if necessary.

Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. With the exception of a few locations on the site, vendors will be assigned a booth row, not a specific location. Upon arrival at Community Day, a Lions volunteer will direct you to the row, and then specific booth location will be assigned based on order of arrival (first arrival is at the end of row, next arrival is immediately next to the first spot, third arrival is in third spot in row, and so forth).

After you have completed the signup process and paid for your booth, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please reach out to the Lions. Further, approximately one week prior to the event, we will send an email to the address included on the sign-up with further day-of details, booth row assignments, and other relevant information. We look forward to seeing you at Community Day!
